We cover cars & vans including company vehicles.
If you are a company car driver, you must also state the company name.
Your vehicle must be under 5 years old & covered less than 50,000 miles.
Cover for vehicles purchased privately or from a dealer more than 90 days ago is subject to inspection

£1,000 maximum claim limit (typically 10 repairs in total)

Prestige Cover

Cover for ALL types & size of Alloy Wheels

£200 per repair

£2,000 maximum claim limit (typically 20 repairs in total)

12 Months – £199.00

24 Months – £249.00

36 Months – £299.00

What’s Covered

  • No limit on the number of claims you can make per year. Make as many as you need, up to the maximum repair cost noted on your insurance certificate.

  • No excess.

  • If the alloy wheel can’t be repaired we will contribute towards a replacement.

  • Cover for all types & size alloy wheel including Diamond Cut & Polished.

  • Covers vehicles used for business.

  • Transferable to a replacement vehicle (subject to £15 admin fee).

  • Instant Cover for vehicles purchased from a dealer within last 90 days.

What’s Not Covered

  • Vehicles which are used as an emergency vehicle, hire & reward, dispatch, courier, road racing, rallying, pace-making, speed testing or any other competitive event.

  • Vehicles which are beneficially owned or operated by a company or persons involved in the business of vehicle repair, servicing, selling, trading or an employee of such a company or person.

  • Any incident or damage leading to a claim which occurred before the start of this policy.

  • Theft of Alloy Wheels.

  • Repair or replacement to rectify damage or poor repairs that occurred before the start of this policy.

  • Corrosion.

Q. Should I choose Standard or Prestige cover?

A. If the wheels is diamond cut, as shown here. Then the cost to repair could be more than £100, meaning you may need to contribute to the repair cost so Prestige Cover would be a better option for you. Prestige covers up to £200 so you will never need to contribute towards a claim.

Q. How long does it take to repair my alloys and do I have to pay anything?

A. As we handle all claims, once you have reported the damage and emailed pictures to us we will authorise the repair at your convenience. Certain alloy wheels may need to be taken to a specialist repairer in order to be repaired to a safe and professional standard so may take a couple of days to repair but we will liaise this with you. Our policies are excess free so provided you use our approved repairer you won't have to pay a thing! If you choose to use a repairer of your own choice they may ask you to pay the bill and claim it back from us, the repairer must be able to carry out the repair at our approved rates and must contact us for authorisation before commencing repair.

Q. I am still not sure which cover to choose

A. As a guide if the alloys are standard finish and less than 19" you should be fine with standard cover as the £100 claim limit will usually fully cover the repair. Anything above this or diamond cut, choose prestige as you have up to £200 claim limit per wheel and £2000 in total.

Q. Are there any vehicles you do not cover?

A. No. As long as it is less than 5 years old and covered less than 50,000 miles we will cover it. So that means we can cover vehicles that our competitors exclude such as Ferrari, Porsche, Bentley, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, McLaren, Maserati and Rolls Royce. However, please be aware that we can't cover vehicles that are used for hire & reward or owned/operated by person/business in the motor trade.
