Project Description
This alloy wheel in Cheshire on a Bentley is what we would describe as a ‘deep dish multi-spoke alloy’ the centre is gloss black and the outer rim is diamond cut. The customer in this instance wanted the outer dish painting in silver. Diamond cut alloys suffer from severe corrosion which is why this customer wanted them painting rather than re-cutting.
What We Repaired
These alloys were slightly corroded and kerbed on the deep dish diamond cut section section so we only had to repair the outer silver part.
How We Repaired The Alloy Wheel
The kerb damage and corrosion was sanded away and the alloy masked and primed ready for painting and lacquering.
Time Taken For The Repair
These alloys would have taken about 6 hours to refurbish
